All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (GB). For orders outside the UK, please email info@3reelabels.co.uk for a shipping quote before ordering, as cost depends on order size and destination.
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£). Shipping charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay — there are no hidden fees or surcharges.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 0–1 business days of your order being placed and payment being confirmed — many orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed before our daily cut-off of 2:00 PM (UK time) on a business day are processed for same-day or next-business-day dispatch; orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Larger and heavier orders are sent on a pallet service. The applicable pallet rate is calculated automatically from the total order weight and shown in your basket before you pay.
Estimated delivery times are the total time from dispatch to arrival and are given in business days. They are estimates and not guarantees; occasionally delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather. Your total expected delivery time is your handling time plus the transit time for your chosen service.
We dispatch using trusted UK carriers, including DPD. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, and where tracking is available it will be included so you can follow your parcel.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@3reelabels.co.uk or call 01274 442613. We can only amend the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
We advise you to inspect your goods before signing for delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please sign for the goods as damaged. If a parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing from your order, please report it to info@3reelabels.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it with our delivery partners.
Standard delivery rates apply to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to some remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and other offshore locations may take longer or incur an additional surcharge. If a surcharge applies to your address it will be shown at checkout. For a quote to any destination outside mainland UK, please email info@3reelabels.co.uk.
