All orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that you are bound by the following conditions of sale, which constitute a binding contract, except where specifically varied in writing. Where your order contains conditions contrary to these conditions of sale, they are not accepted without our written consent.

2.1 You place an order with us by completing our online checkout process. During checkout you will be able to review your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email detailing the products you have ordered. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.
2.2 Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract is made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order if: (a) the goods are not available; (b) we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in these terms.
3.1 Any quotation we provide is valid for the period stated on it or, if no period is stated, for 30 days from the date of the quotation.
3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and to the availability of goods.
4.1 The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order, plus any applicable charges for carriage as shown during checkout. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £).
4.2 We reserve the right to change the price of goods due to market conditions, but we will confirm the prevailing price with you before accepting your order. We are not obliged to accept your order and may decline it or limit the order quantity.
4.3 Occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. In these circumstances we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
4.4 Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed, unless you are an approved account customer. Account customers must make payment in full within 30 days of invoice, and time shall be of the essence for payment. We may revoke credit if you fail to make payment when due. If payment is not made by the last day of the month following delivery, interest shall accrue at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of invoice until we receive the full amount, together with any reasonable recovery costs.
4.5 We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
4.6 Title to and ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received full payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5.1 All card payments are processed through a secure, PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Card details are entered over a secure, encrypted connection and are handled directly by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our own systems.

6.1 Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time, but any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a delay in delivery, however arising.
6.2 We may make partial deliveries or deliveries by instalments, and all provisions of these terms shall apply to such deliveries.
6.3 Upon delivery, the goods are at your risk. All goods should be checked upon delivery, and any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. Full delivery information is set out in our Delivery & Shipping policy.
7.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you may notify us by email at info@3reelabels.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods.
7.2 Where goods have already been dispatched, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Except where the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, the cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
7.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will provide a refund of the amount paid (excluding postage costs where the return is your choice) or an exchange, as required.
7.4 The right to return goods does not apply where the product has been used, or where the goods are not returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition, except where the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
